Description:

A Design Partnership, a PR agency specializing in interior design, home, and lifestyle, is looking for a PR Account Director.

This fully remote role is perfect for someone with experience in PR and enthusiasm for Interior Design. They'll have the opportunity to lead their team in driving strategies that yield top results for clients.

The PR Director is responsible for giving counsel to clients while advising and mentoring their direct reports toward their long-term career goals.

They will act primarily as a strategist and a teacher while pitching larger press initiatives and maintaining their own media relationships.

Since everyone at ADP works remotely, time-management and clear communication skills are vital.

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as a mentor and advisor to your teammates, making sure they're learning and growing with an eye towards their personal longterm work goals
• Create overarching strategies for clients in partnership with leadership team
• Act as primary client contact, answering daytoday questions and forging a strong trusting relationship with key brand stakeholders
• Strategic pitching of exclusive toptier news, with a particular focus on new design projects and/or new product launches and collections
• Act as highlevel media contact across outlets, consistently building on existing relationships with editors and seeking to build new ones
• Oversee your team's pitching efforts, ensuring their pitches are sharp and their targets are a match for the story
• Lead brainstorming sessions as a creative thought leader, listening to your team's ideas and helping them hone their pitches and prioritize outreach to make sure client's goals are met
