Central Florida Care Group is the premier Nurse Registry that serves persons with disabilities. We are looking for a compassionate an RN to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services.

Caregivers will provide up to 1-5 services in a residential group home setting, in accordance with an established care plan.

Full Time postion, overnight, with 12 hour shifts. We offer competitive compensation, to go along with our world class service. Several locations to choose from throughout Central Florida. (Including Kissimmee, Tampa, Poinciana, and Orlando).

Responsibilities:

Daily assessments of clientsAdministration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etcDocumentation of client status, and/or changesCommunication with DON, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updatesBolus and continuous tube feedingTracheostomy care and suctioningDisease managementCoordination client medical appointments

Qualifications:

RN License
CPR/1st Aid/BLS
HS Diploma or highest level of education completed
Physical/Health Statement (Including TB Screening)
Proof of Liability Insurance

Must have at least two years of experience as an LPN/RN. Experience with ICU/PCU preferred. (or documentation of ventilator and/or tracheostomy training (i.e. certifications, verified references)

Care is provided at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio with direct care staff support.

Positions available: 2 FT, 1 PT/PRN

Pay:
$30-$40/hr

Sign on bonus:
$1,500 (must meet hours worked eligibility and have no call offs during the probationary period)
