Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at our location.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Willing to learn about basic knowledge of semi trailer repair industries.If you have a strong background of team management, basic accounting and automotive industry knoledge, team management we want to hear from you
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the service department, including technicians.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of service jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Schedule appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including invoices and work orders
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, technologies, and regulations
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager or similar role in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to manage financial transactions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
