- Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct inperson interviews with qualified candidates
- Make job offers and negotiate compensation packages with new hires
- Maintain accurate and uptodate applicant records in our applicant tracking system
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including completing background checks and drug screenings
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources
- Cross trained in scheduling and caregiver supervision. Ability to take oncall one week every 48 weeks.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruiting software and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced, changing environment
- Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and best practices for creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
