- Responsible for maintaining rental properties by advertising and filling vacancies.
- Negotiating and enforcing leases.
- Works with leadership to drive occupancy and renewals, revenue, resident satisfaction and ensure the community maintains optimal performance.
- Accomplishes financial objectives, preparing annual budget, analyzing variances, collecting payments, and paying bills.
- Maintains property, enforcing rules, resolving tenant complaints, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping, Maintenace services and supervising repairs.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports.
- Responsible for collection and eviction process, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed completely.
- Greet, assist prospective tenants and conduct property tours.
- Prosses rental applications, prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages.
- Utilize Onesite software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain tenant records.
- Previous Property management experience
- Experience with sales
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer software for administrative tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
