- The hospital operates as an open ICU, Level III Trauma with 414 beds.
- Our team comprises 28 physicians and two APPs with our current model being 12 daytime physicians, one swing physician, and two nocturnist physicians with one nocturnist APP.
- The schedule is 7 days on and 7 days off (12-hour shifts).
- In the evening, you ll be managing cross-coverage calls, but you ll have backup from two dedicated nocturnists who are there to support you.
- ACLS and BLS certification is required.
- We utilize Cerner, which has access to Sound's internal informatics platform.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
- We accept ACNP and PA candidates with at least one year of hospitalist experience.
- The base salary is $150k along with a $5k productivity and a $10k quality bonus
