We are currently seeking a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for our location in Zell u. A. at Breckinridge Center, KY to join our team as soon as possible.


The Betriebs-Hygiene-Service GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed provider of washroom and hygiene solutions, as well as a service provider in the areas of dirt-trapping mats, hygiene containers, and room fragrancing.

We primarily serve companies and municipalities in the southern German region through our own service drivers.


Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new customers of all sizes in your sales area
  • Support and expansion of existing customers
  • Identifying and utilizing customer needs (determining additional needs)
  • Conducting appointments including product presentations and needs analyses
  • Planning/coordinating appointments in collaboration with the inside sales team
  • Creating and submitting offers and service contracts
  • Implementing market and competition observations

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for sales and field work
  • Sales experience, perseverance, and closing skills
  • You are aware of the challenges in the different phases of the sales process and actively and goaloriented shape them
  • Enthusiasm and persuasiveness on an equal footing with decisionmakers
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong organizational talent
