Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule reservations over the phone
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Minimum requirement: Associate degree or higher
- Night shift and weekend shift may be required
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in operating phone systems, printers, computers, and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Schedule:
8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
