Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. As a Sheet Metal Mechanic, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal products such as ductwork, gutters, and roofing
Measure and mark dimensions on sheet metal using templates or measuring tools
Cut, shape, and bend sheet metal using shears, press brakes, or other hand tools
Join sheet metal parts using various techniques such as welding, soldering, or riveting
Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet project specifications
Repair or replace damaged sheet metal components as needed
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and equipment
Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery or water trucks is a plus
Experience in horizontal drilling or working in the oil and gas industry is preferred
Commercial driving experience is a plus
Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
