Role Summary

At Rapid Response Monitoring, a custodial team member is responsible for maintaining the facility, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks as well as, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organized environment.

This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, sanitization, stock management, providing support in maintaining outdoor spaces and some repair work and support.

Location

On site in Corona, California

Pay Rate:
Starting at $17 - $18 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time or Part-Time: Midday, afternoons, evenings. Requires weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Perform tasks to maintain our facility in the best condition, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness
Clean and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and commonly used areas to maintain a hygienic environment
Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum indoor office space and maintain outdoor areas
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and janitorial supplies
Adhere to safety guidelines, and handle cleaning chemicals safely
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors.
Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations related to cleanliness, safety, and security
Provide friendly and professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients

Qualifications

Prior cleaning, maintenance and repair experience is required
Must be able to do physical work and lift up to 30lbs

COVID-19 Requirements

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19
