Description

Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to identify potential security threats
Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or disturbances
Conduct security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the premises
Enforce access control procedures and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the event of criminal activities or emergencies
Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities

Skills:

Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to provide basic medical assistance if needed
Experience in surveillance techniques to identify suspicious behavior or activities
Possess a valid security certificate or license, as required by state regulations
Familiarity with CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) techniques is preferred
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, including conflict management skills
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to prevent theft or damage to property
Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols
