Construction Estimator
Construction Estimator Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing invitations to bid
- Collecting and interpreting all subcontractor quotes and scopes of work
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate bid proposals
- Produce construction schedules for bids
- Concurrent estimating of multiple projects at a time
- Conducting and coordinating site visits in conjunction with ownership
- Submitting requests for information to architects
- Conducting project handoff with project management for a smooth buyout process

Construction Estimator Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong math skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to navigate specifications and plans
- Proficiency in creation of proposals
- Strong network of local subcontractors
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- Knowledge of the latest building codes
- Close attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 5 years (minimum) of experience in a similar role with proven track record
Pay:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
