Your tasks
Project management, securing and conducting urban planning procedures and procedures of third parties up to the stage of statutory maturity
Processing statements and preparing balancing materials
Creating justifications and text passages for development plans or statutes according to the Federal Building Code/LBO
Evaluating and incorporating suggestions and expert contributions
Collaborating with planning teams
Participating in procedures of third parties, urban development contracts, and the implementation of plans for land traffic
Providing information and customer consultation
Conducting participation formats

Your profile
Completed degree in non-technical public administration or advancement in this career path, administrative specialist or a comparable qualification
Team and communication skills, good oral and written expression, as well as organizational and negotiation skills
Ideally, professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
Flexibility, resilience, and commitment
Willingness to participate in events outside of regular working hours
