Your Profile:

  • You have completed training as a paint laboratory technician* or have a comparable qualification in the field of chemistry, plastics, or process engineering. Additional training as a technician*, Bachelor of Science*, and previous work experience round out your profile.
  • You have a good understanding of physical and chemical relationships, development planning and processes, as well as accuracy, cleanliness, and organization. You also have excellent color vision.
  • You demonstrate your good English skills in both written and verbal communication during technical customer visits and exchanges with suppliers and partners.
  • You possess a high level of teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues, superiors, suppliers, and customers.

Your Tasks:

  • You develop and optimize innovative coating systems for wind turbines, ensuring our success in the market and expanding it further.
  • You focus on both product and process development, resulting in efficient, process-safe, value-creating, and sustainable manufacturing technology.
  • You present results to customers and engage in intensive technical exchanges with raw material suppliers, manufacturers of application systems, and testing institutes.
