Urban Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

(Diploma or Bachelor)

Pay grade 11 TVöD

Core responsibilities:

Conducting and coordinating urban planning procedures

Participation in the preparation of urban development plans, urban development statutes, development of urban designs and building concepts, and other urban planning tasks

Participation in regional planning tasks

Participation in traffic planning and mobility tasks

Accompanying and supervising urban planning projects and measures, including conducting procurement procedures to commission external companies

Consulting and coordinating with builders, investors, planning and engineering offices, authorities, and experts

Preparation of coordinated statements on urban planning procedures of neighboring municipalities, plan approval procedures, and higher-level planning

Participation, supervision, and implementation of concepts/projects, especially in the development of strategies and concepts for the future spatial and structural development of the pilgrimage city of Werl

Participation in committee meetings, information events, and workshops
