Property Management Clerk (m/f/d) in Columbus

We are looking for you to join the Waste Management Department of the City of Stuttgart as part of the municipal enterprise Abfallwirtschaft Stuttgart (AWS).

This position is permanent.

The Property Management department is responsible for the maintenance and technical operation of the AWS headquarters in Heinrich-Baumann-Straße and various rental properties.

The main focus of this position is on the maintenance of the property with regards to site security (both structural and organizational), team leadership of the gatehouse, and management of the locking system.
