- Lead, Manage and supervise the service department to constantly improve service quality and efficiency.
- Manage team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of technicians.
- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor & continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Hire, train and develop service team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and address customer concerns to ensure a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
- Some Saturdays required in the Busy season.
- Work directly and closely with other department managers to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the company and create cohesion.
- Previous experience in a service manager or assistant service manager role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to make sound decisions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Customer focused mindset
- Technical Knowledge, RV Technical knowledge a plus
