At Ackermanville, everything revolves around "we for tomorrow". With plenty of fresh air and smart minds, we produce cow's milk according to organic farming standards, manage fields and pastures, operate a biogas plant, and do everything to represent agriculture in cycles. A crucial foundation for this is fertile and productive soil. We grow the majority of our feed ourselves, completely avoiding chemicals and interfering as little as possible with the ecosystem. Our team is diverse, tolerant, and knows how to get things done.

We are currently looking for a full-time employee to join our team. Your responsibilities will include operating our modern agricultural machinery for field and feed production (750ha), assisting in the associated machine community, repairing and maintaining our own machinery, and performing general repairs in agriculture. You will also have direct communication with the farm manager, who is responsible for crop planning for the fields.

What we are looking for:

Organizational skills and technical understanding, as well as teamwork and communication skills
A completed apprenticeship
Driver's license T, BE, ideally CE
Willingness to show special commitment during peak seasons
Enjoyment and recognition for good performance in working with apprentices
