    Key Responsibilities:
    Strategic

    Leadership:

    • Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing strategies for IT modernization aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.

    SAP S/4HANA Transformation:

    • Oversee the end-to-end process of transitioning to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Drive the adoption of S/4HANA modules for finance, supply chain, sales, and other key functions, optimizing business processes and enhancing efficiency.

    Data & Analytics Modernization:

    • Lead efforts to modernize our data infrastructure, leveraging advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Fabric, and AI to unlock actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
    • Implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the organization.

    Machine Learning and AI Integration:

    • Explore opportunities to integrate machine learning and AI algorithms into business processes, enabling predictive analytics, personalized customer experiences, and automated decision-making.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and AI experts to develop and deploy machine learning models that drive tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage.

    Cloud Architecture and Security:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy, leveraging cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to enhance scalability, agility, and cost-effectiveness.

    Implement robust security measures, including encryption, access controls, and threat detection systems, to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats.


    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, translating them into scalable and innovative IT solutions.

    Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across IT and business teams, driving alignment and maximizing the impact of IT initiatives.


    Vendor Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and delivering optimal value.
    • Evaluate and select technology partners based on their capabilities, reliability, and ability to support our IT modernization efforts effectively.

    Talent Development:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Invest in training and professional development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of IT staff, ensuring they are equipped to support our evolving technology landscape.

    Change Management:

    • Drive organizational change initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing employee engagement.
    • Proactively address resistance to change and overcome barriers to adoption, championing the benefits of IT modernization and driving cultural transformation.

    Performance Measurement:

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of IT modernization initiatives, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
    • Regularly review and evaluate the performance of IT systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

    Required Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams toward common goals, with a focus on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
    • Proven track record of strategic thinking and decision-making, with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop actionable plans to drive organizational growth and success.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, machine learning, AI, cloud architecture, and security best practices, coupled with hands-on experience in leading large-scale IT transformation projects.

    Communication:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, business units, and IT teams.

    Problem-solving:

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on driving results and delivering measurable business value through IT modernization initiatives.

    Change Management:

    • Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and managing resistance to change, with a focus on driving adoption and maximizing business value.
    • Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, build consensus, and drive alignment across diverse teams and departments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Advanced Degree:

    • MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Certifications:

    • Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Fabric, AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, or security would be advantageous.

    Industry Experience:

    • Prior experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, particularly in leading IT modernization initiatives, is highly desirable.

    Global Perspective:

    • Experience working in a multinational organization with exposure to diverse cultures and business environments.
