Description

These are your responsibilities:

  • Preparation, recording and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Operational support for the purchasing team for serial parts & overhead costs/investments
  • Review and processing of order confirmations
  • Handling of complaints
  • Conducting quantity forecasts and determining needs
  • Creation of evaluations and reports
  • Support in supplier evaluation in cooperation with quality management
  • Data maintenance and documentation in the ERP system and other programs
  • Close cooperation with other departments, especially production and logistics

You bring with you:

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical education
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Proficient in using an ERP system and MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Quick comprehension and precise work style
  • Independence, communication skills and a cooperative work style
