We are looking for two chemical laboratory technicians (m/f/d):

in the department 64 "Surface Water/Groundwater Laboratory":
(unlimited, full-time/part-time possible, pay scale EG - 6 TV-L, location Duisburg)


YOUR TASKS
In the field of "Inorganic Analytics" in the area of General Instrumental Analytics:

  • Preparation of aqueous samples according to standards and QM instructions
  • Conducting measurements of prepared samples according to specifications
  • Evaluation and analysis of instrument reports, as well as simple statistical calculations
  • Implementation and documentation of quality assurance measures according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

YOUR PROFILE

professional

  • Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician according to BBiG with at least six months of professional experience at the start of the contract
  • Good knowledge in the field of inorganic instrumental analytics, especially photometry and physicochemical analysis methods, as well as determination of summary effects and substance parameters in water analytics
  • Experience in analytical quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025

advantageous

Proven knowledge acquired during professional activity:

  • Knowledge in the field of photometric single analysis systems (Discret Analyzer)
  • Knowledge in the field of methods for determining summary parameters such as TOC and TNb
  • Knowledge in the field of ion chromatography (anion analysis)
