    Del Monte Village Assisted Living and Memory Care located in Pacific Grove Ca, is looking for Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team.

    SIGN ON BONUS
    • Full time AM - $1000 sign on for full time (60 Day Probationary)
    • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors.

    Pay: $33-$43 per hour Depending on experience

    Medical specialties:

    Standard shift: Monday - Friday
    • Day shift shift
    • 9am - 5pm

    License/Certification:
    • LVN (Required)
    Work Location: In person

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Medical case management
    • Work with local housing authorities
    • Work with 6 (up to 12) individuals on individual care plans
    • Routinely monitor and assess individuals for mental health and welfare
    • Must work independently
    • Must be driven and self motivated
    • Must be organized
    • Must be professional and clean
    • Must be respectful to peers and residents
    • Must have a desire to work with geriatric population
