Your tasks include in particular:

Administration and support of telephony and mobile devices (currently iPhone and iPad) and copying technology for the branch
- Contract and order management
- Invoice processing and verification
- Inventory and relocation organization of the above-mentioned devices
- Support of the numbering concept
- Setting up new users, database maintenance and adjustments
- Fault monitoring and reporting to external service providers as well as joint implementation of update settings
- Instruction and guidance of users on site
