We, the Smiley's Pizza Professionals in Hastedt, are looking for a

Specialist in System Gastronomy (m/f/d)

for shift management


in full-time, part-time or on a mini-job basis.
After successfully completing our comprehensive training program, you will manage and lead the team during your shifts.


Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of daily operations
  • Customer service and telephone order acceptance
  • Ensuring smooth operations
  • Maintaining standards in production, service, hygiene and image
  • Work allocation, giving work orders and instructions
  • Supervising work processes and ensuring production quality
  • Training, motivating and coaching (new) employees
  • Daily accounting (cash counting, managing change)
  • Receiving and checking goods
  • Handling customer complaints professionally
  • Communicating professionally and enthusiastically with staff to maintain an optimal work atmosphere

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training as a specialist in system gastronomy or several years of experience in this field
  • First leadership experience is an advantage
  • Customer orientation
  • Willingness to perform and work independently
  • Organizational and team skills
  • Commitment and initiative
  • Willingness to learn, resilience and solutionoriented action
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Driver's license class B
