Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cultivation Lead to join our team.

As a Cultivation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the cultivation operations and ensuring the successful growth and development of plants in our facility.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the cultivation team, providing guidance and support
• Monitor plant health and growth, implementing appropriate measures to ensure optimal conditions
• Maintain a clean and organized cultivation area, including garden beds and irrigation systems
• Provide data supporting actual performance to established goals throughout the grow cycle.
• Manage cloning and early vegetation with at least 90% success rate.
• Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi and IPM protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the facility
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Assist Administration with regular inventory audits.
• Comply with HR policies including confidentiality and nondisclosure.
• Proform in a manner consistent with company goals and values.
• Other tasks as may be assigned.

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Ag business or in related filed or a combination of relevant education with experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Plant and Soil Science
• 5+ years of experience with water management, irrigation, and scheduling.
• 2+ years of experience managing cultivation personnel.
• Sense of urgency and selfmotivation; ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds from floor to table.

Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
