Responsibilities in Detail

• Structuring, digitizing, and managing the financial accounting of all company structures and forms
• Managing the property accounting of our property management companies
• Independently preparing annual financial statements in close cooperation with our tax consultants; optionally also preparing annual financial statements independently
• Managing payments and cross-company liquidity management
• Monitoring tax matters and current legislation for the companies
• Assisting the team in real estate transactions
• Working on tax and commercial law issues with external consultants

Your Profile

• Relevant professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the real estate sector
• Interest/expertise in applying German commercial and tax law
