- Develop and implement management systems that drive behaviors to deliver results
- Responsible for identification, installation and the safe operation of new assets.
- Lead the integration of newly acquired assets and serve as Project Manager (PMO)
- Development of robust project plans to ensure project objectives and timing
- Lead/facilitate meetings with other key members of project team and senior
- Communicate within plant personnel, cross-functional team members, and
- Document work, corrective actions, accountabilities, and monitor for completion.
- Manage Engineering and Maintenance Staff and assist with various projects as
