Project Management
The Project Management position is responsible for providing support for our customer representative on a daily basis.
The duties as Project Management are supplying advice, handling inventory control, communication for the field, as well as Inside Sales Support, Shipping, Production and Accounting.
Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in a Project Management/Inside Sales Support
- Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices
- Ability to multi task, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Assists in building and maintaining relationships with contractor customers by providing superior customer service
- Acts as a point of contact by supplying advice and information on products, and delivery scheduling
- Ensures all lines of communication are tied together
- Ensures that materials are available for timely shipment
- Reviews construction documents and understands material to provide support to field
- Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities
- Completes required orientation and safety training
- Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more
