Join our team as a

Recruiter (m/f/d) for sales staff in part-time (from 20 hours/week)

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the entire application process of our sales staff and the contact person for applicants in sales
  • You hire our future colleagues for sales and inspire them for the company
  • You are responsible for direct communication with applicants and closely coordinate with our district managers
  • You independently conduct telephone interviews and then hold job interviews in our stores on site
  • You are responsible for posting job advertisements and selecting suitable recruiting channels in cooperation with our marketing department
  • You are up-to-date and continuously optimize the recruiting strategy
  • You participate in career fairs and represent the company

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree, both with a focus on human resources and ideally have professional experience in a similar position
  • You have good knowledge of personnel procurement and personnel management
  • You have a good sense of dealing with people, are empathetic and have strong communication skills
