At REBIKE, we have big goals in mind. We want to actively and sustainably shape e-mobility and offer our customers the perfect solution for every need. In order to achieve our goals together, we are looking for you to join our Customer Care Team in Kempten as a Technical Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours) / permanent position.

These are your tasks with us:

  • Handling general customer inquiries, damage reports, and returns, as well as associated tasks
  • Solution-oriented collaboration with colleagues from the Refurbishment Center, accounting, and agents in our call center

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial or comparable education
  • You are structured and work extremely carefully
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoy learning new programs
  • You have a quick grasp and can adapt to new situations
  • Your service and solution-oriented mentality, as well as your positive attitude, round off your profile
