    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install new production equipment and ensure it's set up for success.
    • Maintain, service, and troubleshoot our cutting-edge production machinery.
    • Conduct routine safety checks to keep our workplace safe and compliant.
    • Communicate with our production team to identify and resolve issues quickly.
    • Keep detailed maintenance logs and share updates with your teammates.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in production maintenance.
    • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns.
    • Capable of working with hand and machine tools.
    • Ability to handle physical demands, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Comfortable standing, walking, and using hand tools for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
    • Safety-conscious with a commitment to wearing appropriate protective gear, such as hearing protection and close-toed shoes, while on the Production Floor.
