- Receiving and Inspection:Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or delivery manifests.
- Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and label received items, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
- Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records of HVAC products using computerized systems.
- Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and timely shipment.
- Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for HVAC products, adhering to industry standards.
- Assist in periodic equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
- Quality Control and Documentation:Conduct regular quality control checks on HVAC products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product movements, inspections, and inventory records.
- Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, paperwork, and data entry.
- Proficient in using computerized inventory management systems and basic office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to work Mon-Fri.
