Description

Responsibilities:

Processing of customerspecific tenders in technical and infrastructure facility management
Conducting cost estimates and creating performance specifications
Calculation of tenders for operation and maintenance services in close cooperation with our department managers
Support in obtaining maintenance offers from suppliers or subcontractors
Participation in bidder meetings, customer events, trade fairs, and workshops
Collaboration in optimizing standardized cost calculation procedures
Creation and participation in uniform benchmarks in technical and infrastructure facility management
Calculative support during the implementation phase as well as implementation of postcalculation and mass adjustments in coordination with the startup manager

Qualifications:

Technical training, e.g. electrician, HVAC technician (m/f/d) or commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk (m/f/d) with technical understanding or entrylevel with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Facility Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Ideally, first professional experience in cost calculation in facility management
Excellent Excel skills with desirable programming experience in MS Excel (VBA and macros)
We expect careful work, good communication skills, and teamwork ability
