We are looking for a enthusiastic medical receptionist to join our growing team. We are a busy medical office and looking for the right person to join our team.


Duties include:

  • Answering phones in a friendly manner
  • Providing excellent patient service
  • Handling insurance benefits
  • Collecting all monies owed from the patient
  • Knowledge of insurance
  • Knowledge of deductibles
  • Scanning chart documents
  • Mutlitasking
  • Tracking new patient growth
