ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities:
Leads and manages the hiring process for all corporateCollaborate with HR and Senior Leaders to identify skills required for current and future successCreate and manage strategic relationships for talent acquisition including technological and social networking relationships as well as a relationship recruiting strategyAssess all recruiting processes, technology and related initiatives on an on-going basis to ensure competitive advantage and positive candidate experienceManage and direct recruiting team to achieve corporate staffing goalsConduct organization needs assessments to identify opportunities and make recommendations that support efficiency, business agility, and growthActively manage, mentor and coach talent and team members with a leading vision by inspiring and encouraging continued growth and development, guiding others to stretch beyond self- imposed limitations with new perspectivesDrive continuous process improvement to improve efficiency and effectivenessComplete dashboard and report on weekly KPIsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Exceptional ability to consult and collaborate with Human Resources and senior business leaders on business strategy, organizational design and talent optimizationAbility to influence, adapt and lead through ambiguity and change in a dynamic growth environmentResults-oriented and focused on inspiring the organization to focus on continuous improvements that positively impact the organizationHighly organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; detail orientedExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to develop" client ready" presentation material and communicate effectively to broad range of stakeholders (including senior leaders and Parker's associatesThrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesDemonstrated experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationAbility to understand and adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, direction, personal styles and business needsGood decision-making skills – able to recognize and research a problem, identify root causes and cost impact; and apply past experiences to identify alternative solutionsExcellent interpersonal, collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to understand and navigate throughout the organizationAbility to establish rapport with colleagues and work collaboratively in a team environmentActive learner- able to enhance personal, professional, and business growth through new knowledge and experienceAnalytical; makes decisions using dataQUALIFICATIONS5+ years of proven experience leading a recruitment team5+ years of progressive experience recruiting at the corporate level or equivalentSHRM or HRCI Certification (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of Retail and/or Convenience store (C-Store) operations experienceFamiliarity with UKG a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesParker's Companies is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
