Description

Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. You might have specific areas under your wing according to the GM's business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire restaurant operation during your shifts.
Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
Support in executing the restaurant's business plan under the GM's guidance.
Ensure PRIDE systems are integrated into daily operations.
Guarantee guest service meets company standards.
Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
Complete assigned tasks like inventory control, ordering, and cash management accurately.
Help in maximizing profits by managing costs.
Oversee product promotions and ensure their successful implementation.
Recruit, train, and develop hourly employees, establish performance goals, and conduct reviews.
Create employee schedules based on staffing needs as directed by the GM.
Perform other duties as assigned by the GM.

Lead the restaurant operation by developing staff, increasing sales, and profitability following company standards.
