Description
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations. You might have specific areas under your wing according to the GM's business plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire restaurant operation during your shifts.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
- Support in executing the restaurant's business plan under the GM's guidance.
- Ensure PRIDE systems are integrated into daily operations.
- Guarantee guest service meets company standards.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure their satisfaction.
- Complete assigned tasks like inventory control, ordering, and cash management accurately.
- Help in maximizing profits by managing costs.
- Oversee product promotions and ensure their successful implementation.
- Recruit, train, and develop hourly employees, establish performance goals, and conduct reviews.
- Create employee schedules based on staffing needs as directed by the GM.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the GM.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant operation by developing staff, increasing sales, and profitability following company standards.
- Contribute to guest satisfaction by upholding quality, value, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Foster positive relationships with all employees to boost morale, productivity, and efficiency.
- Keep the GM informed about significant issues.
