As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently looking for a support in the PMT department (m/f/d) in full-time in Neckarsulm, starting immediately.

Your tasks:

You will support us in the core tasks of the technical regulations department
You will provide operational support to the committees in the internal regulations information process at Audi
You will help shape the framework for standardized committee implementation and support in the process flow
You will support the regulations coordinators (VKO) in organizational processes
You will assist in the systembased implementation of internal reporting
You will work with internal and external partners to control and validate the availability of vehicle technical regulations in the Getex database

Your profile:

Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
At least 2 years of professional experience or ideally experience in the field of process management, methods, tools, project management, and strategy development
MS Office user knowledge or optionally desirable JIRA, database applications (e.g. APEX), process modeling
