We are currently looking for you as part of direct personnel placement as
Facility Manager (m/f/d) near Heilbronn.


Our client, a medium-sized, growing company, has made it its mission to ensure the participation of people with disabilities in work and community life under the best conditions.

The company focuses on lean administrative structures to achieve a high staff-to-resident ratio. Various housing options are offered in the residential area, including residential homes, outsourced living groups, and assisted living.


Your qualifications:


  • A prerequisite according to § 2 and 3 HeimPersV
  • Training as a specialist in healthcare or social work or a degree in social pedagogy
  • Ideally, two years of professional experience in a residential facility or a comparable institution
  • Relevant knowledge of social law, especially in SGB IX; BTHG
  • Reliability and a high level of responsibility and organizational skills
