Support in product development

  • Prototype construction
  • Conducting endurance tests and collecting characteristic data
  • Planning and construction of test rigs
  • Planning and construction of test equipment for production
  • Programming of test procedures (PLC, creation of test scripts)

Support of production

  • Optimization of production processes in cooperation with the production manager
  • Accompaniment of production in the introduction of new products
  • Support of production test rigs (creating test cases, adding new products, troubleshooting)

Product data maintenance

  • Creating data sheets
  • Creating assembly/test instructions for production
  • Maintenance of product data on the internet/web shop
