About Us:
W.B.
Homes, Inc., one of the area's top residential homebuilders and land developers for over three decades is seeking an ambitious, detailed-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Report into the Assistant Director of Marketing
- Assist in all phases of community marketing and strategic development from neighborhood startup to closeout
- Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral
- Manage all thirdparty vendors to ensure timely and accurate receivables
- Assist in social media content creation and management of annual calendar
- Coordinate collateral and required vendors for all events and sponsorships
- Create, maintain, and publish online home listings on various platforms
- Visit W.B. communities regularly to review and audit community presentation, including signage, flags, onsite cleanliness, sales office and model presentation
- Meet necessary deadlines and complete objectives within allotted timeframe
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing department
Requirements:
- Proactive selfstarter
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Detailedoriented with a passion for protecting brand standards
- Must enjoy working in a social and collaborative environment
- Must be a team player and be willing to pitch in where needed
- Technical skills in the following programs are beneficial but not required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), WordPress (website management)
- Must be willing and able to obtain a PA Real Estate license within several months of employment

- Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds
- This position is located at our home office in North Wales, PA
Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
