    Job Description

    The Dean of Culture & Solutions oversees school-wide efforts to cultivate a positive and goal-oriented school environment where students thrive in a nurturing setting. Responsible for establishing behavior systems, fostering respectful relationships with students and families, and ensuring efficient school operations.

    Platinum Staff at Summit Academy must:

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain systems for a positive school culture
    • Define a clear vision of exemplary school culture and communicate it consistently
      • Develop and maintain effective school-wide culture policies
      • Implement a behavior management system
      • Analyze school-wide trends
    • Lead character and culture development
    • Conduct regular school culture assessments
    • Provide training in classroom management
    • Organize recognition events and culture-building activities
    • Support teachers in instructional growth
    • Engage parents in school activities
    • Participate in the instructional leadership team
    • Ensure smooth school operations

    Compensation

    This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $89,000 annually.
