The Wells Fargo Legal Department is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Legal Education & Awareness team, which drives organizational initiatives, influences the employee and manager experience, and executes on Legal strategic priorities.


The Legal Strategy, Innovation, and Administration (LSIA) Division leads the identification and implementation of strategic and operational priorities for the Department and is essential to driving our internal initiatives and fostering a cohesive organizational culture.


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead internal awareness strategies that drive the Legal Department's vision and strategic priorities and support organizational change initiatives.


In this role, you will:


  • Develop and implement robust communications and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall department culture and strategic priorities
  • Conduct internal research to understand the needs, perceptions, and expectations of employees within our division and across the organization
  • Foster an environment that establishes strong communication and cooperation across the business
  • Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders to develop and implement awareness strategies
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior leadership, showcasing the impact and ROI of internal change and awareness initiatives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of strategic thinking and internal engagement
  • Create and distribute core communications, including content for intranet sites
  • Manage complex and/or sensitive communication projects.
  • Manage and prioritize competing strategies and adjust, as necessary.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and largescale solutions.

Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Background in marketing and/or communications
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and marketing strategies for a variety of audiences
  • Proven ability creating strong internal engagement and exceptional employee experiences
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and act with a sense of urgency under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Ability to partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions to transform broad, complex ideas into clear communications for impacted employees.
  • Superior written and verbal comms skills with ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Creative thinker with keen eye for detail and passion for business integration

Job Expectations:


  • Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
