• Experience in quality control/assurance in sheet metal manufacturing
• Experience with Internal audits and 3rd parties audits
• Experience with UL and Intertek (ATEX-IECeX)
• Has PPAP experience
• 13 years MINIMUM or proven experience as quality assurance manager or equivalent
• High proficiency in problemsolving
• High analytical investigating skills and documenting rootcause analysis
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends or patterns

• Possess the ability to assure consistent quality of products by developing and enforcing best practices that align with ISO 9001:2015 certification and procedures of Bison ProFab.
• Achieves operational objectives and goals by reviewing and preparing action plans, implementing production, quality, and customer service standards, identifying and resolving problems, overseeing and completing audits, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
• Develop quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventative measures, establishing critical limits, creating, implementing, and monitoring procedures, corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing training for the growth of staff employees.
• Ability to prepare, conduct, lead, and represent Bison ProFab in all audits related to ISO, UL, and ATEX certifications, in addition to customer and vendor audits.
• Demonstrates the ability to work with multiple departments including Sales, Production, Quality, and Purchasing to develop the most costeffective methods and practices of manufacturing to meet customer requirements and demands.
• Ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously is required with strong organizational, and analytical skills.
• Be a selfmotivated, teamoriented, and flexible individual who possesses the initiative and ability to tackle new projects, challenges, and concepts.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends on failed processes, stability studies, product life cycles, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Can use all Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams, effectively in your daytoday and when reporting to owners, upper management, and in business correspondence.
• Has the ability to develop business relationships with both customers and suppliers and act in a customer service role. Must also be a team player and willing to communicate effectively with other key employees and direct reports.

• Knowledge of blueprints, inspection methods, and equipment.
• Maintains inspection equipment, calibration, and servicing equipment.

• Obtain a thorough working knowledge of all items and finished products
• Complete supervisory responsibilities such as annual employee appraisals, rewarding and disciplining, and planning, assigning and directing work
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
• Train employees in production procedures, safety rules and regulations, and company policies
• Assist in the design and development of new and existing products
• Suggest any needed improvements to the department to increase efficiency
• Create and manage Quality Assurance Manual updates, Including the company QMS
• Review and ensure Vendor Quality Assurance
• Provide technical support to the sales team and customers
• Maintain general housekeeping of the work area including cleaning and organization
