Kai Plastics, located in Houston, PA, is a specialist in highly precise injection molding tools, technical plastic parts, and assembly of components.

With a total of 100 employees across 3 locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, we are able to offer our customers first-class and comprehensive solutions from development to series production.

The necessary injection molding tools and assembly machines are developed and manufactured within the group.

Our primarily German-based customers come from the automotive industry and other demanding sectors, and value the high quality of our products and services, combined with our decades of experience and flexibility.


As part of a succession plan, we are currently seeking a full-time or part-time
Quality Manager (m/f/d) at our Lüdenscheid location.


Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation, optimization, and monitoring of inprocess inspections
  • Measuring of components and creation of initial sample inspection reports
  • Monitoring of incoming inspections and other quality management processes at the location
  • Creation of inspection plans, test instructions, and other quality assurance documents
  • Streamlining of our existing quality management system and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:201
  • Support of management in implementing identical quality management processes at production sites
  • Preparation, execution, and followup of customer and certification audits

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in engineering, plastics engineering with further training as a technician, or equivalent education as a master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Successfully completed
