- In-depth understanding of Customer Drawings, Blueprint Reading, and Geometric Tolerancing.
- Evaluating the feasibility of producing a Product or Part using a Transfer Press.
- Calculating Blank Size and Material Width needed for Part production.
- Determining the necessary operations for Part manufacturing.
- Identifying the optimal Transfer Press size and tonnage for Part production.
- Estimating the timeline for Tooling engineering, construction, and development.
- Developing a comprehensive set of Tools for various Transfer Press sizes and styles.
- Creating Fixtures for Transfer Press application.
- Designing Quality checking Gages and Fixtures for Parts.
- Utilizing Auto-Cad Software for 2-D and 3-D design.
- Managing Drawings with Vault Manufacturing Software.
- Staying updated with the latest Auto-Cad and Auto Desk Inventor releases.
