Your Mission with Elizabeth, LA:
As a (Senior) Product Designer/Lead, your goal will be to improve the user experience of our platform.

You will collaborate closely with our Product, Data, and Engineering teams to drive the development of intuitive user flows and interfaces.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a cohesive and scalable design system, utilizing libraries and documentation to ensure consistency and progress.
  • You will take full ownership of the design process, including conducting discovery sessions, ideation, and user validation, to drive fastpaced iterations and continuous learning.
  • You will create interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize ease of use and enhance the overall customer experience with our software.
  • You will facilitate design critiques and incorporate user research insights to inform UX improvements, feature development, and roadmap planning.

Your Profile:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in software product and UX design.
  • You have experience in complex software environments, ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
  • You have proven expertise in simplifying complex business problems into engaging products.
  • You have a strong command of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
  • You have a deep knowledge of modern web UI patterns.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • You are passionate about solving climate change and eager to make a significant impact.
