Full job description

Seeking Skilled Technician with Surgical/Anesthesia Experience with Rodents for Biomedical Research
A heart attack, aka myocardial infarction, is one of the most common causes of death worldwide. Animal models for myocardial infarction are useful for studying the pathophysiology and developing therapies. The laboratory of Dr.

Yoshioka at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Medicine is dedicated to understanding disorders of cardiac function based on fundamental insights into cellular and physiological mechanisms.

We employ multiple approaches to analyze cardiovascular structure and function in wild-type and genetically manipulated mice.

We are specifically looking for a technically experienced individual who performs the analyses and provides the data to the investigator.
