Purpose and Role
This position is responsible for executing superior customer service and directing donor needs as appropriate.

The Front Desk Receptionist will ensure donor registration and initial eligibility oversight, customer care, electronic donor chart management, and follows all federal, local, and organizational standards related to this determination.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answers phone calls and greets all center guests.
  • Organizes and maintains cleanliness and order at the front desk.
  • Stocks and reports supply needs for office supplies and staff lounge.
  • Registers new donors and provides registration support for return donors by answering questions or directing donors to management or medical for further assistance.
  • Manages the donor identification and initial eligibility process.
  • Verifies donor credentials for initial donation.
  • Executes necessary updates to the electronic donor chart.
  • Reviews donor records for completeness.
  • Manages any mail/packages received or set out for pick-up.
  • Provides occasional tours of the donor center.
  • Provides administrative support to all team members as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by Center Management.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a regulated environment is preferred.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional communication and the ability to inform and report appropriately to management
  • Ability to execute multistep technical driven tasks
  • Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
