A F&B Coordinator is responsible for the department's team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
responding providing administrative and clerical support, training collateral, implement department activities, among other duties.What will I be doing?
- Coordinate projects and activities. These may involve attending meetings, taking notes and acting upon assigned duties to coordinate the assigned project. Organize department assets, including documents, photography, magazines, files, etc.
- Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project / activity.
- Greet Internal / External customers when entering the department. Assists with a variety of requests.
- Maintain office supplies for the Department Head.
- Maintain a good working relationship with other departments, employees and guests
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Maintain records for payroll and attendance tracking
