- Ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues
- Support and encourage your fellow Dining team members
- Utilizing a digital POS system to take food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, which requires knowing the menu (and ingredients of menu items) and memorizing the daily specials
- Setting and clearing tables, washing table tops and condiment containers after every meal
- Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice bar in the Bistro
- Keep the servery and dining room meticulously clean at all times
- At least 17 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Current CA food handlers card
- Interest in interacting with and deeply relating to seniors
- Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements to work in a licensed RCFE
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
